- Standard Rate for the Upstairs 1 Bedroom Unit is $150 per night for the Winter Season and $100 Per night for the Off- Season for up to 2 guests.
- Winter (High) Season starts on November 1st and Ends March 31st. Off- Season starts on April 1st and Ends on October 31th
- Prices for Holiday seasons (Christmas, Thanksgiving and Spring Break are $175 per night.
- Discounts for 7 or more days, 14 ore more days and monthly stays. Discounts will automatically be applied when you increase the amount of days.
- There is an optional resort access fee. This would allow you access to Palapas Ventana Resort, the pool and hot tub, and beach access. Other options may include equipment rentals, classes, or trips. Once you send a request to book, an agent will contact you and explain the resort add-ons based on the amount of days you are wanting, number of people in your group and season you will be visiting.
- There is a flat cleaning fee of $60.00
