One Downstairs bedroom has a either a King Bed r two twins, and the other has two twins that can be pushed together to make a King. The upstairs bedroom also has either King bed or two twins. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Awesome views of La Ventana Bay, especially from the upstairs. Access to the rooftop for even better views.

Shaded concrete patio entry leads into a large, well-equipped kitchen with island bar that flows into living room with folding-window access to private deck complete with gas barbeque, patio ceiling fans, table with seating for 4, large fenced yard, ocean/bay views. Main bedroom with AC has ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with AC has bathroom adjacent. King Bed or two Twins available in each bedroom. Outdoor shower and foot wash. Pets welcome.
