The whole house (both the upstairs and downstairs units) has three bedrooms – two downstairs and one in the separate upstairs unit. One Downstairs bedroom has a either a King Bed r two twins, and the other has two twins that can be pushed together to make a King. The upstairs bedroom also has either King bed or two twins. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Awesome views of La Ventana Bay, especially from the upstairs. Access to the rooftop for even better views.
