- Standard Rate for the Upstairs 1 Bedroom Unit is $125 per night for the Winter Season and $75 Per night for the Off- Season for 2 guests.
- Winter (High) Season starts on November 1st and Ends March 31st. Off- Season starts on April 1st and Ends on October 31th
- Prices for Holiday seasons (Christmas, Thanksgiving and Spring Break are $150 per night.
- Discounts for 7 or more days, 14 ore more days and monthly stays. Discounts will automatically be applied when you increase the amount of days.
- There is a resort access fee of $3 per person per day. This allows you access to Palapas Ventana Resort, the pool and hot tub, and beach access. It does not include any equipment rentals, classes, or trips
- There is a flat cleaning fee of $50.00
